About the event
The Autumn Equinox celebrates the equal split of day and night, halfway between the summer and winter solstices. The midpoint of the season brings our focus to balance and equality, and a reminder to slow our pace down as the days begin to shorten. Join us on Fiesta Island for a slow yoga flow around the flames against the fiery sunset of Mission Bay. We will meet on the sand at Fiesta Island; the exact location pin will be shared with all registered attendees on the event day.
Level 1- Hatha flow
Appropriate for all levels.
Please bring a mat/blanket and any desired props.
We will be outdoors on the beach, so please dress in layers.

Equinox Flow
We believe our classes should not be a luxury or privilege but available and accessible to all who want to participate. Towards that core belief we have a sliding scale ticket model available to our community. Our suggested ticket price may be more than affordable for some or absolutely prohibitive for others. We also offer a student option as a mid-point, and an accessible option at a lower price point. No proof necessary, please self select in the spirit of honesty and community. Namaste.
