About the event
Join in community with other new parents in this baby & me yoga class for infants! This class will be open to all pre-crawling babies and their caregivers, with a flow designed to honor the post-partum experience and focus on connecting in movement and breath with your infant.
The important info:
This flow will take place indoors at a gymnastic setting, where the floors are soft and padded and we have the entire room to ourselves. Bathrooms and a playground are available on-site, and there is a parking lot with ample parking. We recommend bringing a yoga mat or blanket, grip socks, and water.
Free on-site parking in the Hourglass Field spots only. Please note that you need a permit if you park in the Miramar College student lot Monday-Friday. Permit machines are available on-site. The Miramar staff/faculty spots are not available for use with or without a permit, and you risk ticket or tow if you park there. Please be mindful of the signage where you park.
Our classes are based on development stage, not age of the child. Please self-select, and let us know if you have any questions! We’re happy to help!

Movers- Crawling to Standing
Shakers- Toddling to Walking
