About the event
Join in community with other new parents in this baby & me yoga class for infants! This class will be open to all crawling-pre-walking babies and their caregivers, with a flow designed to honor the post-partum experience and focus on connecting in movement and breath with your infant.
This is a donation-based class that is open to all members of the community. Suggested donation $20. RSVPs encouraged.
The important info:
This flow will take place outside at a park setting, where the conditions are weather-dependent and can include both sun and shade. Bathrooms and a playground are available on-site, and there is a parking lot with ample parking. We recommend bringing a yoga mat or blanket, sun protection for baby and caregiver, and water.
Our classes are based on development stage, not age of the child. Please self-select, and let us know if you have any questions! We’re happy to help!
Baby Yoga Levels:
Snugglers- Newborn to Rolling
Movers- Crawling to Standing
Shakers- Toddling to Walking
