Babywearing Yoga Flow

Join in community with other new parents in this yoga class designed for babywearers! This class will be open to caregivers with any age babe, as long as they like to be worn! This active flow combines yoga and dance and is designed to focus on connecting in movement and breath with your little one, while building strength and flexibility for yourself. Your ticket includes one child + their caregiver.

This flow will take place outside at a park setting, where the conditions are weather-dependent and can include both sun and shade. Bathrooms and a playground are available on-site, and there is a parking lot with ample parking. Our babywearing class is typically active We recommend bringing a yoga mat or blanket, sun protection for baby and caregiver, and water.
