Prenatal Yoga

Join in community with other expecting parents in this 30-minute prenatal yoga class. This class will be open to expectant parents in all stages of pregnancy, with a flow designed to focus on strengthening your body to nurture the growing life inside of you, and the journey it takes to bring them earthside. This class is taught by a prenatal yoga specialist. 

Pair this class with our kids' dance class, happening at the same time in the room next door! These classes are taught in conjoining rooms, so you will be right near your little at all times. You will have access to the space between classrooms to rest in between classes, have a snack, or take a break during class!

Classes are available for a drop-rate of $16 per class, or purchase a class pack that you can split with your little! 4 classes for $55 ($13.75 per class), or $100 8 class pack ($12.50 per class). Class fees are nonrefundable, but with at least 24 hours notice, you may transfer your enrollment to another class offering.

The important info:

This flow will take place indoors in a studio setting. Bathrooms and a playground are available on-site, and there is a parking lot with ample parking. We recommend bringing a yoga mat, two towels, and a blanket.

Free on-site parking in the Hourglass Field spots only. Please note that you need a permit if you park in the Miramar College student lot Monday-Friday. Permit machines are available on-site. The Miramar staff/faculty spots are not available for use with or without a permit, and you risk ticket or tow if you park there. Please be mindful of the signage where you park.
